AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF HATTIESBURG TO DONATE A SUM OF MONEY TO THE INTERACTION FACTORY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, are authorized in their discretion, to donate a sum not exceeding Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($2,400.00) from any available funds, during the calendar year 1999, to the Interaction Factory for the programs of the educational center.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
